I finished spinning up this braid in a semi-woolen preparationlong draw.

I have started making plarn in order to be ready to make mats to go in front of cat litter boxes. I’m tired of spending $30 for something that ends up being basically disposable after a few months of scratching when I could make it myself as a way to recycle. They might also make nice mats to sit on in the garden once it’s spring.

I managed to leave 24 inches on my rigid heddle project yesterday. I only started it oh a year and a half ago or so. It felt really good to get some movement on it. I need to wind up more bobbins of yarn before I continue weaving.

Spinning for February 2021. Brand new electric eel wheel nano. Totally loving it.

I started my ribbon work today.
