Happy First Day of Fall!

We’re bringing Homecoming to you! Mark your calendars and grab your Penn swag for a week-long @HomecomingatHome celebration from November 9-14th. The spotlight ...will be on Penn’s robust arts and culture community through festive and fascinating content via the Kelly Writers House, the Penn Museum, Penn Arts & Sciences, and the Penn Band, among others. Two signature programs will highlight the week, including a Penn Medicine event on COVID-19 and immunotherapy, and The Urgent Matter of Black Lives event featuring Penn Africana Studies faculty Mary Frances Berry, Dorothy Roberts, and Tukufu Zuberi. All programming will be free and includes a combination of live and prerecorded events on weekdays between 12-7 PM, and on Saturday (11/14) from 10 AM-4 PM, Eastern Time. It was great to connect with many of our Breakaway Scholarship students during our Breakaway Camp this week! Students spent Monday through Wednesday participati...ng in virtual sessions focused on team building, socio-emotional learning, conflict resolution, service learning, and panel discussions to prepare for high school. On Thursday and Friday, we hit the ice Penn Ice Rink for some power skating and light scrimmages!
