Reminder - No youth classes this Monday-Thursday! Teen/adult class will be at regular day/times. Saturday class will be held at regular time 11-12pm (Ages 4-12)

This is not to discourage you, but to encourage you to NEVER quit training. There's always more to learn and discover and that is something you can apply to your whole life. Don't give up or give in, the journey is the best part.
