The Department of Agriculture and Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency are now working with service providers to do on-site Covid-19 vaccination clinics for agricultural businesses across the Commonwealth. The forest products industry is eligible to take part in this effort. If your business has ten or more people in need of vaccination and is willing to do an on-site clinic, please follow the link to the survey below. A representative will follow up to schedule or answer questions you may have.

While most Lyme disease cases are confirmed in the summer, October and November are when the number of adult ticks carrying Lyme disease is highest and they are most active, according to the state Department of Environmental Protection. The CDC ranked Pennsylvania as having the highest number of confirmed Lyme disease cases in the country in 2018. If untreated, Lyme disease carried by blacklegged ticks can cause severe symptoms that affect the heart, nervous system and joints.
