Meet our Plant Team! You probably don't recognize most of these guys, because they do all the behind the scenes work so we can continually serve you. They keep service parts stocked, tanks maintained and painted, perform repairs, and much more. They do a little bit of everything and even help out in our delivery and service departments at certain times of the year. This team is also responsible for our fleet maintenance, which means servicing all our vehicles and equipment, including transports, bobtails, service trucks, and everything in between. We are thankful for the various talents and skills this team possesses, and their willingness to serve wherever they are needed!
Recognize anyone on our service team? Chances are you've seen at least one of them installing or servicing a propane appliance at your home! These technicians faithfully serve our customers no matter the temperature, weather, or time of year. Because of them, when your water heater quits, or your fireplace won't light, or you need to have your new range or dryer installed, you are able to call a trusted family business and enjoy superior technical expertise for each of these jobs, and much more! We are thankful for their commitment to installing propane systems that are safe and up to code and doing it in a professional and friendly way.
In preparation for the snow storm that is being forecasted for tonight and tomorrow, here are some important reminders: 1. Make sure underground propane tanks are marked with a flag or marker at least 30" high. 2. Keep your driveway and sidewalk clear of ice and snow. Our trucks need the full width of your driveway to reach your tank safely and efficiently. 3. After a snowstorm, please clear snow and ice off your aboveground tank or underground tank lid. A path through the snow to your tank would be greatly appreciated.
Here are two quick reminders in preparation for the forecasted winter storms this week: 1. Monitor your propane tank gauge if your propane usage increases, especially if you lose power and use your propane generator. If you are unsure how to read the gauge on your propane tank, watch the short video below. 2. Make sure underground propane tanks are marked with a flag or marker at least 30 high.
Recognize anyone on our delivery team? Chances are you've seen at least one of them filling the tank at your home on a cold winter day! These drivers faithfully serve our customers no matter the temperature, weather, or time of year. Because of them, you are able to enjoy hot water, a warm house, and much more! We are thankful for their commitment to keeping your tanks full and doing it in a professional, safe, and friendly way. Stay tuned next month to meet the members of our office staff!
