The annual 4-H/FFA livestock sale begins at 4:30 PM. It's an exciting evening for the kids, and a few tears will be shed, as they see the payoff for all their hard work raising these animals over the past year.

Huffy the Clown will be making his balloon art this afternoon at the Fair. Look for him around the stage beginning at 1 PM. And while you're there, say "HI" to Miss Perry County Fair, Kimberly Manning - she'll be greeting fair goers in the same area.

Don't miss the GREAT Perry County Fair Chili Cookoff. Teams will begin setting up at 2 PM and will have some great chili to sample beginning at 3 PM. Prizes will be awarded at 5 PM

It's the final day of the Fair and it's packed with activities! Horse shoe pitching at the pits near the front gate is going on now, at 11 AM the lumber jack contest will begin and at noon, our annual skidloader rodeo at the track. And don't miss Buffalo Mt. Blue Grass, performing on stage at 12:30 and 3:00 PM. See the schedule for all the great stuff happening today!

Fair favorite, Re-Creation USA, Inc., will be performing on stage tonight at 8 PM. Please note: there is one ONE show this evening at 8 PM.

Don't miss our resident chainsaw carver, Chainsaw Carver Jennifer Black, she does great work and has something for everyone! You can see her carving AND take home one of her great handmade pieces!

Tonight at the barn we will be having our Supreme Showmanship contest! And for those of you who are new to this whole animal showing thing... this is the show that judges the "show-er" instead of the show-ee. Contestants will show each breed of livestock animal and be judge on their abilities, not the quality of the animal (like the other shows). It's a great way to see the kids showcase their talents and get rewarded for their hard work. The show starts at 6:00 PM, stop by and support our Perry County youth.
