Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday Customers: Please note that there may be some delay in your Collection this week. We had a major medical concern with one of our Drivers and will have to rework Routes into the rest of the week. All Disposables will be Collected Asap, but we ask that if you can hold until next week we'd appreciate it. The Medical Issue is more serious than we expected. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Tuesday Route Customers...please bear with us as there may be delays in Service due to Inclement Weather. The Ice and Sleet may be pretty to look at but please remember it can cause for routes to run slower for the day. We have to be mindful of road and driveway conditions so we can collect the Trash and Recycling as safely as possible! Thank you!!!

Since he became seriously ill with COVID-19 in March, life for sanitation worker Doug Washington has been far from normal. On the job for nearly 20 years with Royal Waste Services, he had grown accustomed to the unglamorous life of a sanitation worker with its long hours devoted to the strenuous task of collecting New York City’s commercial waste. Washington was proud to play a role in keeping the city clean, so couldn't understand why he and his fellow workers were not receiving hazard pay despite being considered essential workers.
