I cooking, especially with fresh produce! The farm kitchen happily makes use of the farm's "seconds," produce that's imperfect in some way. For lunch today, PTF greens & fresh herbs (kale, Swiss chard, Asian greens, parsley & oregano) were cooked down with a little water. I also added a few frozen peas, corn, and green beans + butter + salt + pepper, and a few dried herbs (paprika, cumin & sage) + a splash of cream. Then, everything was made creamy & smooth with an immersi...on blender. Greeeeeeeeeeeeeen soup + a whole wheat bagel = 1 satisfying lunch!
