****** Public Notice ******* Please be advised the Plymouth Borough Street Department will be conducting street sweeping Monday JUNE 25th and Tuesday JUNE 26th from 7 am to 11am, on Shawnee Ave and Main Street. On Monday there will be NO PARKING on the EVEN side of both streets. On Tuesday there will be NO PARKING on the ODD side of both streets. This applies to the entire Main Street and from Cherry Street to Blair Street on Shawnee Ave. Please ensure that you remove your vehicles from the street during this time period. Parking Citations will be issued for vehicles that are not removed.

This has been thoroughly investigated, and determined to be nothing besides a missing child. There was no attempts to abduct or any abduction. The child was located and is home safe.

Location: East Main Street Defendant: Travis Clark Sr., 40, Homeless Charges: Criminal Trespassing Felony 3 CLARK was taken into custody and arraigned on the above listed charge. Bail was set at $10,000 10%, CLARK is currently logged at Luzerne County Correctional Facility.

Location: Church Street Defendant: Malcom PERRY, 27, of Plymouth Borough Charges: Criminal Trespassing Felony 3, Institutional Vandalism Misdemeanor 2, Disorderly Conduct Misdemeanor 3 (3 counts), Harassment Summary ( 2 Counts), Criminal Mischief Summary. PERRY also had two outstanding warrants. He was arraigned on the above listed charges and bail was set at $15,000 10%. PERRY is currently logged at Luzerne County Correctional Facility.

Plymouth Borough Police 23.08.2020

On Friday February 16th, 2018 at approximately 1644 hours, The Plymouth Borough Police Department was dispatched to CVS, 125 East Main Street for a report of a robbery. The responding Officers arrived on scene and spoke with the 91 year old female victim. She relayed two males ripped her purse from her arms, and fled the area on foot, as she was attempting to enter CVS. Plymouth Police were able to obtain video footage from the area, and positively identified the male who rip...ped the purse from the victim’s hands, who was familiar to Officers. On Tuesday February 20th, 2018 at approximately 1057 hours, multiple Officers of Plymouth Borough Police Department went to 407 East Main Street in search for the male. Officers knew the male frequently visited said address. Upon making contact at said address said male was observed inside the residence and fled once he observed the Officers. Officers took chase, catching the male who attempted to hide in the bathroom and was taken into custody. Officers identified him as a 17 year old male. He was petitioned as a juvenile and custody was released to Juvenile Probation. At this time the victim’s property was unable to be located. If anyone should find a Black Vera Wang purse with bright flowers on it, they are asked to contact Plymouth PD at 570-779-2147 or Luzerne County 911.

Plymouth Borough Police 04.08.2020

On Thursday February 15th, 2018 at approximately 0756 hours, The Plymouth Borough Police Department was dispatched to Plymouth Convenient Mart, 241 West Main Street for a report of an armed robbery. Through investigation it was learned the alleged actor was, Janice MACKEY, of Glen Lyon PA. MACKEY was subsequently arrested and arraigned on charges, bail was then set at $150,000 straight. MACKEY was unable to post bail and logged at LCCF awaiting court. MACKEY was charged with the following charges; Robbery Felony 1, Theft by Unlawful Taking Misdemeanor 1, Terroristic Threats Misdemeanor 1, Simple Assault Misdemeanor 2, Disorderly Conduct Misdemeanor 3.

Based on all the information provided it was determined there was no attempted abduction.
