From our home to yours Happy Easter

Last weekend we took a day for mentor fishing. Though Preston didn't catch anything the day was full of fun and laughter. He has been doing great. We got word that he isn't regressing in any areas with school for being virtual, witch is awesome to hear. He works supper hard to complete all his work. His lab results are in the Dr called though one test isn't back yet she said it's taking longer then usual because of COVID. The bad news is his b cells are a low normal his t c...ells are still low. The lymphocytes are low along with his white blood cells. This is all a sign his IMMUNE system just isn't well. As of right now the plan is to keep him on an antibiotic, and his infusion. Asked about school come fall she said it depends on the mask mandates, and his labs. It's important we keep him safe and healthy because he just doesn't have the immune system to back up getting sick. We are also waiting for the genetic testing to come back to make sure nothing changed. So for now we are still at a stand still on to why and whats causing this besides what we already know. This boy, and his smile!! Not much to report on..we are waiting for many blood tests to come back on his IMMUNE system because his numbers have been dropping for some time now. He is doing great in school. He is sad that he isn't returning this school year due to his health. He is missing his pears very much. All we can do is pray he can return in the fall.
