While the results of the presidential election are still unknown, one thing is for sure: The outcome will shape healthcare policy for years to come. While the Democrat and Republican parties share some similar views including a shift towards value-based care and lowering prescription drug costs the parties’ different perspectives on Affordable Care Act (ACA), price transparency and provider consolidation could have a real and lasting impact on healthcare policy. To help our clients navigate the potential scenarios and outcomes, ProspHire prepared a position paper, How This Election Could Impact Health Policy, that we would be happy to share. Please email [email protected] for your copy. #thoughtleadership #ProspHireperspectives #healthcarepolicy

Calling all grad students! You’re invited to join us for ProspHire's (Virtual) Case Competition on Friday, Nov. 13 and Saturday, Nov. 14! Student teams will work through a real-life business scenario case study that simulates what we do in healthcare management consulting. Here’s how it will work: - As a participant, you’ll join a call (via Microsoft Teams) on Friday for an introduction to the competition. Don’t worry, we’ll provide you with Teams access. - Then, you’ll rec...eive the case study and disperse with your team (which we will randomly assign) to begin working (virtually, of course). - On Saturday morning, your team will present their solutions to the ProspHire Case Competition judges via Teams. Each member of the winning team will walk with $100, bragging rights and their name engraved on a plaque to be hung on the trophy wall at PH HQ. Talk about a resume builder! It will be a fun, fast paced competition you won’t want to miss! Register here by Friday, Oct. 30: http://ow.ly/yEDh50BUzDb #casecompetition #socialdistancingcollaboration #buildyourresume

Hannah Hass lost some cloth to the ProspHire tradition of tie/scarf cutting last week. This practice commemorates practitioners who receive their first signed deal. We borrowed the tradition from the practice of cutting the shirt tail of a pilot in training to commemorate their first solo flight. Way to go, Hannah! #dealmaker #alwaysclosing #covidscarfcutting
