Some Valentines Day fun with our residents

Our residents have been working hard on decorating bags for our Spread the Love program. Each resident will have a bag on their door to receive Valentines and notes of encouragement for Valentines Day. We can't wait to spread the love at Providence!

With the Holiday Season fast approaching, we are working on ways to keep our residents engaged with their families. If you would like to send a picture message to be played on the in house channel we have, please send it to [email protected] and put Christmas greeting in the subject line. Please have them submitted by Friday, December 18th.

We spent the afternoon making fall crafts. Our residents enjoyed making pumpkins and trees, along with decorating their room!

Every year we have hosted a Thanksgiving dinner for our residents and their families. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, we were unable to have this special event. Please know we are doing everything we can to ensure our residents have a great meal and a great day. Our Dietary Department is preparing a delicious, traditional Thanksgiving meal with all the fixings and will be served tomorrow. We wish you all a safe and happy Thanksgiving!

Veterans Day is a day to thank all those who served our country and for the great sacrifices they gave for our freedoms. Here is a special tribute to honor the Veterans that reside at Providence. Thank you for your service!!

Our new Punch A Prize game was a hit! Our residents picked a spot on the punch board and won the prize hiding behind it. We had cute Halloween items to win, along with a few gag gifts to keep the laughs going!

Grandparents Day is coming up on September 13th and we want to make it extra special for everyone! This is a great way for grandkids and great grandkids to get involved! If you would like to send in something for the special day, please address it to the Activity Department and be sure to include their name on the outside as well.
