Air Purification Through Bi-Polar Ionization Nu-Calgon has partnered with Global Plasma Solutions (GPS) to bring a new, advanced air purification technology to the HVACR market. This patented technology called needle-point bi-polar ionization uses carbon fiber brushes... to produce a refined electrical charge to proactively and safely clean the air in residential and commercial buildings. The iWave approach produces equal amounts of positive and negative ions (combined charge neutral) that react and break down pathogens, allergens, particles, smoke, odors and VOCs in the air, creating a healthy environment without producing any harmful byproducts like ozone or unstable ROS (Reactive Oxidation Species) molecules that result in the use of PCO technologies. https://www.nucalgon.com//4-100_iwaveapplicationbulletin.p

Every manufacturer of tankless water heaters recommends regular cleaning, maintenance, and flushing if necessary. Due to the water condition, especially from hard water your heater might develop lime and mineral deposits on heater's elements. pr in heat exchanger. Sediment build-up is especially dangerous in narrow water passages as it might clog the element and prevent further normal heating operation. Why flushing is important One of the most important elements is the heat ...exchanger, which has those narrow water passages. Flushing tankless water heaters whose heat exchangers are blocked by the lime scale is very important and must be done as a preventative measure before any clogging occurs. If you don't flush the water heater, the heat exchanger can be damaged as not enough water will pass through and cool it down. Any damage which is related to lime scale build-up is not covered by the warranty.
