This is from my good friend Henrik Rosvall. He is Tyler’s mental coach. Thought this was incredible. This eye opening video was shared with players and coaches I work with this morning, along with the questions below. As you know, success leaves clues....Rafa’s accomplishments are unbelievable, yet much more believable once we understand more about the mindset. ... 1. What were your thoughts as you watched this video? Explain. 2. How would you describe Nadal's mindset regarding his pre-match warm-up routine? 3. What is he PROJECTING to the other players in the gym? What seeds is he planting in their minds? Do you think the other players notice what he is doing? Explain. 4. How would you describe your current mindset regarding your warm-up routine? If the cameras are on you when you warm-up, what will the viewers see from you starting today and moving forward? Explain.

A group of tennis players in central Pennsylvania is making quite the difference. Local tennis advocates Ariff Sumar, Kristin Schlageter, and Jay Witmer helped ...coordinate the fifth annual "Kick Cancer in the Dirt" tennis tournament to raise money for Four Diamonds. Held on the clay courts at Racquet Club West and Lancaster Tennis & Yacht Club, the tournament brought people together to play tennis with their friends and raise money to benefit pediatric cancer patients at Penn State Children's Hospital in Hershey. This year, the tournament raised more than $13,000 for Four Diamonds, adding to a total of almost $80,000 raised over the past five years of hosting the event.

RCW would love to welcome Oliver Merrill to our growing team! Oliver was an incredible junior player and also had a wonderful college career. Oliver went on to play professional tennis and now he is giving his talents and gifts back to our tennis community. We are so pumped to have him on our team!
