Cool story behind this one. As soon as this one hit the market we were flooded with inquiries and Open House visitors. I met a lovely couple during our first Open House. We spoke for a while as I answered their questions and offered insight on the buying process and current market. Before they left we also uncovered that the female was a big fan of my parents former restaurant for many many years. The following day I received a call from the couple. They had decided to plac...e an offer on this home and wanted me to represent them. In addition, they wanted me to list their current home for sale as well. They said they had been looking for a while and met many Agents at Open Houses but felt I was sincere and appreciated my approach and honesty. I was humbled and extremely grateful. One twenty minute conversation at my Open House led to two deals worth over 1 million in Real Estate! You just never know who you will meet. Happy to report that not only has this couple moved into their new dream home but we fetched multiple offers on their current home which is now also under contract! Congratulations to them they have been such an awesome couple to work with!
