In the past I have offered several in person foam roller workshops, this year I am offering 2 virtual options. In these workshops I teach how to use your foam roller to help with managing chronic pain, prevent or recover from injuries. This is all especially great for runners :) Its only $25 to register and includes a printable reference guide for using during the class and future reference.... Tomorrow morning I’ll be in my zoom room ( https://zoom.us/j/7432630262 ) at 10am, we will start at 10:05 and I’ll lead participants thru a 30 minute virtual ...self care session. Tomorrow’s focus will be on self foot massage. Imagine that your feet are the foundation of your body, let’s take time to give them a little TLC! . . . you’ll need clean feet a tennis ball, lacrosse ball, baseball...some kinda ball. essential oils if you have them a comfortable sitting spot where you can reach your feet! and your own two hands . . . You’ll be automatically muted upon entrance, so not to worry you don’t have to chat if you don’t want to, and you can turn off your own camera I’d you want- though I’d love to see your face ! Share with anyone you think will enjoy! #footmassage #selfcare #selfcaresaturday #selfmassage #massagetherapy #selfcarewithoils
Hey friends, did this last Saturday and it was so enjoyed I’ve decided to offer it again! You’ll need: A yoga mat and/or blanket ... A foam roller if you have one, if you don’t a yoga block or small stack of books will do A favorite calming essential oil if you have them, if not that’s fine too favorite calming music (you’ll be muted so this is just for you) Set an alarm and show up at 10am, we will start at 10:10 and end at 10:40am We will be using zoom, you will be muted upon entry to the room and though I’d love to see you you’re welcome to turn your video off too! I will use our time together to lead you thru some self care practices. Our time will focus on self massage, breathing and being mindful. https://zoom.us/j/212971142
