Ever want to take a peak under the skirt of the #miller_welders #aerowave ? There are 3 transformers doing the heavy lifting. I had a weird sound starting this week, and wanted to take a look before something irreplaceable broke. Turns out one of the fans was slightly rubbing and making a low frequency buzzing noise. Quick fix, but a much longer blow out of the many years of dust. Should be good for another long while!

#harleydavidson #dynaglide came in with a tweaked frame on the rear seat/fender/shock mount castings after sliding into a telephone pole. It was bent upward 2 inches. With having the frame cad model, we were able to devise a way to bring it back in tolerance with heat and creative means using a come-a-long. Took us over 10 hours of patience of heating, measuring, and bending. Next up, powder coating.

A neat little project, customer remove 350lbs of fiberglass and seats from his racing boat. He still needs seats so, I came up with this Chromoly tubing structure for the micro spring seats, adjustable foot boards, and a rear harness bar. All to hopefully add 2mph on the top end!
