Earning this in the midst of COVID-19 seems beyond ironic! I have to admit, I’m pretty happy to have made at least a few clients happy in 2020. Whenever you trust a floral designer, you should give them the opportunity to create, not duplicate. Give them inspirational photos to show them what you like, but also the WHY you love something in a boutique or arrangement. I have a worksheet I give couples that not only gives them basic direction on color, shape and design...but also asked them questions to get them thinking about why they like particular styles, florals, ribbons and greens. Today I had the pleasure of scouting a venue that despite my best efforts, doesn’t begin to photograph and translate the deep sense of history, mystery and elegance that it holds. The details must be seen. It is by far the most interesting historical space to create a wedding, that I have ever seen and the flexibility to create an elegant unique-to-you wedding is refreshing. The staff is professional, friendly and work so well together. I’m very excited my clients selected ONE North Broad for their wedding and celebration! And the details these two are implementing will be spectacular!

Liz and Anees called less than a month ago and needed someone to execute the most cultural, spiritual, symbolic and heartfelt wedding in her mom’s stunning home....and who was I to tell them they were crazy!? The best part is it was for over 250 people! 14 onsite and the rest got to watch and participate in the entire celebration (streamed and zoomed) the likes of which you would not believe....from all over the world! Dancing, laughter, stories, toasts and smiles all around ...the world! The amount of detail these two incorporated into their day was mindboggling!
