Available 4th of July Week. Great for year-round activities, Pocono Pines is 15-25 minutes from 3 major ski resorts & water parks. Our kid friendly house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in the Pocono Mountains in Timber Trails, the gated area of Lake Naomi. There is also an additional sleeping loft with pull out couch. The house has direct access to Tall Timber on a short winding path from the deck. You can walk to the life guarded beach and playground. There is a 2 person kaya...k available in the summer stored right at the end of the path on the lake. Lake Naomi Club is a private 277-acre lake community prohibits motorized boats, so it's perfect for sailing, and paddling of every kind. Thinking of staying during the winter? After skiing walk or drive 2 minutes to the 48,000 sq ft community center with olympic sized indoor pool and baby water park, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, tennis courts, fitness center and game room. Guest who want to apply for and purchase temporary club passes can do so through their website Lake Naomi Club's website. With the membership you will have access to the magnificent outdoor Lakeside Pool, club beach and the Lake Naomi Clubhouse. The community ammenities are better then staying in a hotel. The house is set up as a "smart home". Heat, lighting and music are all accessible through our Google mini. While we are high tech wifi user, we also love our home as a place to unwind and force our kids to disconnect. We do not have cable but there is a kids DVD collection for emergencies or lots of board games for all ages from Candy Land to Cards Against Humanity. There are gorgeous lake views through the trees, outdoor dining, a private path to Tall Timber Lake. The house is an open layout. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all one room - perfect to spend time with family and friends. Invite friends over for dinner! Our dining room table seats 12 easily with a lazy susan to help entertain. About the bedrooms: Updated 2018 bedding is in every bedroom. There is plenty of available closet space. Each room has it's own heating thermostat. The bathrooms are fully stocked with toilet paper, toiletries, shampoo and conditioner. There are also hair dryers and lotion. (It's my personal pet peeve when you show up to an airbnb and your first stop is the store to get toilet paper - we absolutely provide it for you). The kitchen is basic and not updated but fully stocked and funcitonal. There are plenty of new pots and pans, cutlery, cooking utensils, tableware, and table settings for children. There is a utility room with vintage washer and dryer that while small, works well. Upstairs is a queen master and private double sink bath. Again, we provide toiletries and more! There is a beautiful juliet balcony to look at the lake in the morning. Two bedrooms and a bath are downstairs off the living room. There is a grill available for summer barbeques.
