Household Hazardous Waste Collection Events Philadelphia residents must now register for Household Hazardous Waste Collection Events. Three dates are still available for Philadelphia residents to drop-off at Streets’ Sanitation Convenience Centers between the hours of 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday, October 23rd at 8401 State Road Saturday, October 24th at 8401 State Road Saturday November 7th at 3901 Delaware Avenue ... Residents may choose the best date and block of time to schedule their drop-off using the online registration. Drop-offs are scheduled in 15-minute increments, with upwards of 15 pre-registered participants scheduled during each block of time. Residents will receive an email confirmation with their scheduled day, time and location. A copy or screenshot of the confirmation should be retained.
