Clients can engage in live HIPPA compliant sessions with their clinician using any internet enabled electronic device with a camera (Laptop, PC, Tablet, or Smartphone). All of us at Resilience want you to know that during the COVID-19 pandemic we are and will remain committed to supporting you and your families. Due to recent orders from the Governor and recommendations from the Montgomery County Department of Health the physical office will be closed, and we will be switching over to Tele-health only video sessions starting Friday, 3/13/2020 until Saturday, 3/21/2020.... You will be able to engage in live sessions with your clinician using any internet enabled electronic device with a camera (Laptop, PC, Tablet, or Smartphone). A secure link will be sent to your email for you to utilize to connect to your scheduled session with your clinician. If you have an appointment scheduled with one of us (Lauren, Loretta, Terrell, or Kira) between 3/13/2020-3/20/2020. Please email us at [email protected], text, or call the office to confirm that you would like to conduct your session via tele-health video. In addition, if you desire to reschedule or cancel your appointment please provide the office with notice at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid late-cancellation fees. We will be providing weekly updates regarding office closures and therapeutic care plans. If you have any additional questions or concerns regarding your therapeutic care, please do not hesitate to contact us. If you are experiencing a health emergency and cannot safely wait 24 hours for a response from one of us, please call 911 or proceed to the closest emergency room.
