This is a message from Bucks County Emergency Services Good afternoon EMC's and Police, EMS and Fire Chiefs, Please share the following message from Dr. Damsker with your township and borough managers:... Currently in Bucks County, from an epidemiological standpoint, there is no longer a need for a masking mandate in any group, regardless of age or vaccination status. Over the last 7 days, case counts average approximately 15 per day in our population of 630,000 residents, with an average of only 2 per day of those under the age of 18. These are at the lowest levels since tracking first began. The Bucks County Department of Health will no longer require, or enforce, a mask mandate in any licensed or permitted program. Further, the statewide mandate for all masking requirements (under any circumstance) ends on or before 6/28/21. From this point forward (especially on 6/28 or after), any facility under Department jurisdiction, including camps, pools, restaurants, etc., that requires masks, is doing so solely at their own discretion.
