I have had a number of conversations recently with people concerned about the current market conditions. I think this article and the charts it includes provides some good insight and will put some nervous minds at ease.

Here are the stages we are under the Governor's orders to follow. Today we in Monroe County are in the RED zone. Watch here to know as soon as we make it to yellow and can begin some on-site physical activities to help people who want to buy, sell, rent or invest in Monroe County. Each county will individually considered so stay tuned

Some of PA (mostly west and north) moving into yellow phase. Monroe County still in RED phase with no physical real estate activity permitted outside what we can do from home, which it turns out is quite a bit.
