The fire is out! After 125,000+ gallons of water and almost 100 man hours! This fire was certainly a challenge from all angles! There’s not enough words that we can use to thank Clear View Excavation! If it weren’t for the owner and crew of Clearview, it wouldn’t have been possible for us to extinguish the Corn Stalk pile off of Campbell. They showed up, ready and willing to help with very expensive equipment and with no promise of payment- just out of the goodness of their hearts! If you’ve got excavating needs, we strongly recommend you check out this awesome Company.

* Large Fire Veteran Dr Update* Crews are back at it again from 8:30 this morning and still operating. Heavy Equipment from Clear View Excavation has come out to assist us with this incident so we can finish extinguishing this fire and knock down the large amount of smoke produced from it. Members plan to be out here for the next several hours attempting and hoping to have this completely extinguish today.

At 1:11 this afternoon Tower 58 was alerted to Little Rd in Stewartstown for a structure fire. While enroute updates were given for a working structure fire and partial structural collapse. Tower 58 arrived behind Tower 54 and assisted them with laddering the structure, fire control and an aerial water attack. There were no occupants in the home. Crews operated for hours due to the amount of fire. The structure collapse made it difficult for firefighters get into places for overhaul.
