Good evening clients!! Just a few things: 1. The barn closes at 7pm every Sunday. We are open 9am to 9pm Monday through Saturday. 2. Yes you read that correctly; we will be open on Mondays moving forward. 3. Horses are officially on night turnout. Weather dependent horses will go out at 3:30pm and come in before 9:30am.... Hey Everyone! We are welcoming Andrea Davidson to Rosewood this Saturday the 5th! So excited for another day of learning! The clinic will run from 7-5 in the indoor, however it looks like a nice day so clients feel free to come out and use the outdoor! We will also be open Monday the 7th. Have a wonderful Sunday!

UPDATE: Water is back on! Have a wonderful weekend! Attention clients! We are currently having an issue with our well pump. This unfortunately means we are without water for the time being. We have scheduled someone to come out to the farm tomorrow morning at 8am to fix the issue. For now please refrain from using the wash stalls and bathroom, and thank you for your patience and understanding!

Searching for a client: 2'6 packer. Hunter type only. Solid build. 15.3 to 16.3. Lead change required. The smaller it is the wider it needs to be along with a bigger step. A little green okay, a teenager okay. Open to breeds as long as it is quiet. Lesson types are acceptable. Low 5 figures 20K

The farm faired pretty well in the snow so all horses went out! Everyone enjoyed playing in the snow and are warming up alongside the hay feeders the driveway is plowed and we are working on salt, it is still decently snowy but we will continue to work on it. Please be careful as surrounding roads may still not be in the best condition!

Hello Rosewood family! The horses will go out on a half day schedule tomorrow, Wednesday December 16. Please monitor the storm and be careful in your chosen ride times if you do decide to come to the farm on Wednesday. If we do indeed get the snow that is being called for, I am asking that clients please refrain from coming to the farm until at least 12pm on Thursday, December 17. We will need time to plow and make sure we have everything sufficiently salted. Horses will most... likely be in Thursday. We know the weather is fickle and likes to change, so please bare with us while we figure out the best decisions for your horses and yourselves. As always we will do our best to make sure everyone is taken care of and happy please stay safe and warm! --Management

ISO: 5 to 15 y/o easy mare or gelding for free or low four figure lease. Would be kept in a professional program. Ideally needs to be 15.3 to 17h. Okay if on the greener side, and okay if a little spicy but needs to be manageable. Should be sound enough for 2'6" at the very least.
