The heat source is natural gas. The heat is set for 72 degrees. If the students wish to have their room warmer, they are welcome to use electric home heaters approved for home use. This home rents for $330 per tenant per month for four students or $1,320 a month for 2020-21. Pets are allowed. For cats and dogs, there is a $75 deposit. There is a $40 month pet fee.
