I was gifted this beautiful Focus prelabeled rollerball filled with gorgeous citrine (I think? I am still learning about crystals!) months ago. I finally decided to stop letting it just sit there and be pretty and put together a blend for myself that fits with focus. I have decided on the following: Vetiver: 10 drops Peppermint: 15 drops... Northern Lights Black Spruce: 7 drops Orange: 10 drops I picked these oils because they are all supportive for focus and emotions. That’s where I need the most support, I find. My mind wanders and then I get wrapped up in the emotional trap of what if’s? Not a pretty place to stay. I think this combination will help me remain present and work on the task at hand, to actively engage one at a time with the what if’s of my world.
