Mark attended Thadders commercial baking school in 1976. He is married 42 years with 3 children and 3 grandchildren he adores. Owned and operated his own bakery Scherer Delight Bakery and has worked at a cancer treatment center baking for its patients.... We are so very lucky to have such a talented Pastry chef on our staff.
