A little fun for our theater friends!

I've been out of sorts the last couple of days and couldn't figure out why. A friend reminded me... 2020 marks the 1st time in 13 years that I haven't been running a Summer Experience program! I'm missing my kids and all the joyful chaos that is my life with them! Some of these kids I have watched grow up! I may have to throw down a couple of socially distanced kid oriented art projects out in the neighborhood just to get my fix! Miss you all! Fingers crossed we will make up for it next summer!

Hello to all of our Schmata families. Our world has definitely changed in the last 3 months! We hope you are well and finding joy in the chaos of life. I have been working to find a way to safely and effectively open our Summer Experience program in a way that keeps everyone healthy yet still has the full fun programming our students and families have come to know. However, due to the recent increase in cases, the additional mask restrictions suggested by the governor & he...alth secretary, AND out of an abundance of caution and care for all our families, volunteers, & staff we regretfully announce that Summer Experience 2020 is cancelled. We apologize for the delay in making this decision but please understand, we have been moving forward with the intent of opening. We are disappointed and miss our students. We hope to see everyone next summer. Students that are in 4th - 12th grades, please consider joining us for our 2021 Theater season. We hope to move forward with our production of Seussical, Jr as long as our new normal and the guidelines needed to keep everyone safe will allow. Our website is www.SchmataProductions.org.
