Well, we will be the week of January 4 for in person classes following Covid protocols of wearing masks at all times and staying at least 6 feet away from each other; must pre-register for class. Online classes never went away. However you practice, stay safe!

We’ve learned this year that yoga doesn’t have to be in a studio. It can be in your home live streaming with others or with a video whenever you feel like practicing. We will reopen the studios for in person classes the week of January 4. Let’s stay safe!

Online videos are available at anytime and livestream classes are still available.
