What are your favorite things about Fall?

Good morning and Happy Tuesday! Lately, I have been feeling, sort of, down, so I'm asking all of YOU to please help me... I'd like to start a GRATEFULNESS list right here- tell me what you’re grateful for, whether it’s something specific about Green Acres Apartments itself, or the town of Kingston as a whole, or anything at all really; though I am interested to listen to your thoughts and ideas of all the things you love here. I will start... I am grateful for almost all of the utilities being included here- streamlined into just 2 bills- rent and electric . I’m also grateful to go from being a resident- it is my 2nd year living here-to being an employee . How about YOU?

Good morning and Happy Thursday. I missed my opportunity on Tuesday to share that I have officially been here 3 months! As a resident for almost 2 years, it is exciting and extremely eye opening to have the chance to see things from the inside, especially since I started the very week that the pandemic did. My experience so far has been non traditional in every aspect of the term and I just want to say that as I get to know you all, I truly appreciate your patience and understanding as I learn the ins and outs of SDK Green Acres policies, procedures and now all of our NEW P&P's during this extraordinary time. Can you imagine being a resident here for years and wake up one day to go into the office? It is the biggest ride at the amusement park, with no seatbelts, for sure.
