This was before we replanted and cleaned up the hillside, but the boulder wall still shines in this photo. It was a bit challenging with getting access to the backyard, but you just get a smaller machine and smaller boulders to make it work!

This client's pool yard is an oasis (even though in this shot you can see the house) and currently, it's in full bloom...the Crocosmia (or the red flower in the center) is stunning this year!

Happy Independence Day! So today will be a little different then in years past, instead of getting together with my entire family at our annual reunion...it will just be the three of us chilling at home, which is okay, just a bit quieter However, as we prepared our client's homes for the holiday this week...we did a few planters (not the ones pictured below) and we were just discussing what we would install in a patriotic themed planter and then wanted to pose the question to you? Our client is in the process of remodeling this house and asked us to help them with the front walkway & stoop. Actually question: what do you call the step out of the front door? Threshold? Landing? Portico? Living with a person who studied art & architecture at times is difficult

I used to manage this estate before my daughter was born. So we were thrilled when the homeowner asked me to come back and do these hardscaping projects. For this job, we repointed the Bluestone front landing and installed a new Belgian Block inset within the driveway as the old one was crumbling.
