SD & R Inc. is seeking quality conscious, self-motivated operators for 2nd & 3rd shift. At SD & R we are a secondary CNC manufacturing team. Job duties will include: Loading and unloading CNC lathes and mills, inspection of parts to ensure they conform to process sheet specifications, record keeping, adjustment of geometric offsets as needed, and performing tool changes. SD&R, Inc. is a growing Ridgway Secondary Employer seeking to hire highly motivated individuals to operate CNC lathes and mills. A high school diploma is not required. Secondary machining experience is preferred but not necessary as training will be provided. Operator starting pay is $10.00 per hour and after 720 hours, pay raises to $10.50 per hour.
