This refreshing relaxing blend is the perfect ending to a stressful day. 1.5 tsp spearmint 1 tsp lemon balm .5 tsp hibiscus... .25 tsp cinnamon chips 2 red clover tops A pinch of stevia Boil 8 oz of water.
