For those of you who power wash your homes & have contacted screens, please remember to carefully remove your screens prior to cleaning as not to damage the equipment! Attention Security First Inc customers, In an effort to provide the services you rely on and to also keep social distancing protocols in place as much as possible, SFI will be adopting a modified schedule for at least the next two weeks. All scheduled service will be addressed in our regular manner and any new service needs will be evaluated to see if they can be deferred temporarily or need to be addressed immediately. Our office is closed to the public during this timefram...e, as well. If you need parts or need to drop something off at our office, please contact us in advance so we can make arrangements to accommodate you. Our technicians will continue to service our customers as scheduled unless otherwise directed by the client or enforcement officials. The techs have all been briefed on procedures for mitigating touch transmission of pathogens and everyone has been verified as healthy. If you aren't comfortable with people coming to service your systems, please let us know so we can make alternative arrangements. All of our team members are following strict protocols regarding social distancing while striving to maintaining the high level of quality service you've come to expect from Security First, Inc.
