The following statement has been released by the leadership of Sellersville Borough: Because of the Coronavirus pandemic, many residents have asked if Sellersville Borough will be celebrating Halloween by trick or treating this year. Trick or treating is not a borough controlled community event and it has always been up to each individual family to decide if they would like to participate or not. The Borough sets times from 6:00 - 8:00 pm on Halloween evening for Trick or Tr...eating so that those who would like to participate can do so in a safe manner and participants can have a start and stop time when neighbors should expect trick or treaters. This is a suggested time in order to give your neighbors, motorists, and police an idea of when to expect extra pedestrians and visitors at the door. Again, participation and organization is up to each individual family. Those who wish to participate are encouraged to use their porch lights as a signifier to let trick or treaters know if you want people knocking on your door, and those homes that do not wish to have visitors should turn their porch lights off. Please make sure to give others distance on the side-walks and have a safe and happy evening! See more
Congratulations to our Fire Chief, Kurt Wagner, and his lovely wife Vanessa! We wish you many years of happiness together!
