Serfass was known as the Church Builder for decades in the Lehigh Valley. We are extremely proud of the fact 100’s of Churches were built or renovated over our 75 year history right here in our backyard!

Serfass is excited to be starting renovations at 257 Brodhead Rd. in Bethlehem for St. Luke's University Health Network. The project consists of expanding the current parking lot and making interior renovations to the former space that housed the First Commonwealth Bank Headquarters.

Serfass has just completed NEC’s newest endoscopy surgery center in Easton. The state of the art, comfortable, outpatient setting provides NEC with the ability to enhance their diagnostic capabilities related to gastrointestinal health. The project includes three procedure rooms, eleven pre/post operation bays, decontamination and clean rooms, along with ancillary support rooms. ... We are happy to call NEC and it’s affiliates repeat clients!

Serfass has been named as the design/builder for Follett’s 90,000 square foot manufacturing expansion. Serfass will be handling all design, engineering, approvals, and construction for the development. Construction is expected to start end of 2020 and be completed mid-2021. Follett LLC is a leading manufacturer of ice-related equipment, including ice machines, ice storage and transport equipment, ice and beverage and ice and water dispensing equipment for workplace, foodservice and healthcare markets worldwide.

Meet Ed! Ed is one of our Site Superintendents and has been with us since 1984. Over his 36 years of working with us he says "I still enjoy working here because I get to do different things at this job every day. I am still learning!" ... He loves that he also gets to drive around the Valley and show his wife and son how many projects he has been a part of. "(it's) Unbelievable how many jobs they did in the valley" Glad to have you on board, Ed!
