Hey there! Do you know of any folks who could benefit from a new gentle yoga class, how about yourself? Amber Hunter will be teaching in Tremont through Diakon. It's geared for folks 50+ but anyone can attend. It's a 6-week all-level gentle yoga and strengthening class series at the rec center on clay street. $50 for 6 classes, Thursdays March 26 to April 30 from 830 to 915 am. If interested contact Amber, I will have a sign up sheet in the shop.
