Yoga 101 Flow is a 60 minute class designed to keep it simple and empowering. Power flow and sculpt combines vinyasa flow and light weights to strengthen and create stability. Every Tuesday & Thursday at 9:30am!
Join us this Thursday at 6pm for Yin & Restorative yoga. Led by Christine this class starts with Yin Yoga- a series of passive poses that work the the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. Followed by Restorative Yoga- a form of yoga that seeks to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation. This class aims to enhance flexibility, relax the body, still the mind and improve your capacity for healing and balancing. Please sign up on MindBody prior to class.

Show yourself some love by attending the Yin to Restorative class tonight at SPY. The class will begin with longer held passive Yin poses that target the lower part of the body. Yin yoga increases circulation, improves flexibility, and balances the internal organs. After calming the mind and body, the class will transition to Restorative poses to deeply relax the body and still the mind. Restorative Yoga balances the nervous system and boosts immunity. Step into self-care and join us this evening (9/10) at 6:30pm for Yin to Restore.

Another new teacher intro! Hi I'm Kristen, a working mom and wife. I began taking hot power yoga classes for the physical challenge, but the impact on my mental/emotional well-being is what keeps me practicing. I completed my teacher training in June and currently teach hot power yoga classes at the studio.
