These are extremely difficult times for so many who work in the service industry. DAPR Grooming Parlour has had their doors shut and all appointments cancelled since the Mayor and Governor’s request on March 16th. So many of our amazing clients are struggling with this unprecedented situation, unable to conduct business at all. We currently do not have a clear directive for a date to reopen.
