Many of you have been asking how the new orders from Governor Wolf will affect opening day: We will still be open, 7 days a week, starting tomorrow for skiing & riding. Monday-Friday 9am-9pm, Saturday & Sunday 8am-9pm. Below are pictures of our opening features on Come Around Park! Lift tickets are VERY limited. We are SOLD OUT for tomorrow, almost sold out for Saturday, and have a limited amount of 4 hour tickets left for Sunday through next week. Remember to purchase ...at least 48 hours in advance to save: www.shopskibluemt.com. Season Passholders are still not required to make a reservation and can visit anytime. TODAY'S LIFT LINES Yesterday at 10am we closed weekend day ticket sales to readjust and account for season pass holders, day tickets and the increase in popularity due to the fresh snow. Thanks to around the clock snowmaking, today we were able to open 8 additional trails (Lazy Mile, Upper Main Street, Falls, Connector, Homestretch, Shuttle, Tut's Lane and X-ing) We also opened 2 additional lifts (Comet and Challenge) bringing our open lifts total to 6. Additional... staff has been added to lift lines to promote social distancing and to give face covering reminders. Ghost lanes (empty lanes between rows of guests) have been expanded to promote distancing. As more terrain opens we will continue to analyze and adjust day ticket sales. This past weekend 7 members of our Blue Mountain staff were presented a citation from the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for their lifesaving efforts involving a mountain bike guest. "Alex" had been mountain biking with us and went into cardiac arrest just outside Slopeside Pub & Grill. Our team wasted no time starting CPR and grabbing the AED which ultimately restarted Alex's heart and saved his life. A big THANK YOU to all members of our staff involved and to PA State Rep. Doyle Heffley for joining us!
