Winter is coming and we share in your excitement! The Epic Pass team is experiencing a high volume of calls to our customer service center, but to better serve you ahead of Thursday’s pass deadline, we have added to the number of pass experts who can help you both on the phone and via chat. We also have put together some tips for the most frequently asked questions about redeeming last season’s pass credits below. We sincerely thank you for your patience: Are you using you...r credit to purchase a pass of lesser value? Please submit an exception form by Thursday, Sept. 17, to secure the lowest price on your pass, and our team will reach out as soon as we can. Form: https://www.epicpass.com//2019-2020-credit-exception-form. Are you trying to give your credit to a friend? Unfortunately, credits are non-transferrable. Did you already purchase your pass with your credit? If so, you’re all set! Are you enrolled in Auto-Renew but aren’t sure what to do with your credits? You will be charged your $49 down payment on 9/15 and will receive an email to sign off on your credits shortly after. Never received your promo code? Or receiving an error for a reason not reflected above? Please send us a DM with the pass holder name and email.

Mark those calendars #JFBB is planning to open for winter on 12/11 - the team here has been hard at work planning, preparing and dreaming about delivering you a great ski & ride season, focusing on three things: your safety, having a successful season start to finish, and prioritizing our pass holders. Today, we’re sharing our winter operating plan with opening dates and answers on everything from face coverings to loading lifts to dining on mountain. But the most important... change is that for your safety, we will be managing mountain access this season with a new reservation system that gives pass holders priority access. We know this season will be different, but we want to give you peace of mind knowing you’ll have the space you need at our resort. To give you more time, we’ve extended our Labor Day pass deadline to Sept. 17. Read more in this letter from our CEO, via this link bit.ly/2QuoBh9 See more

We understand that you may not be ready to lock in your Epic Pass right now. To give you the time you need, we have eliminated our spring deadlines, giving you through Labor Day (Sept. 7) to use your 2019-20 pass credits and to lock in 10 Buddy Tickets. We will also continue offering the lowest up-front pass deposit of only $49 down. As we look forward, we remain #EpicTogether.

We stand in solidarity with the Black community. We are listening as so many speak up in grief and outrage following the unjust death of George Floyd and the continued presence of systemic racism. To some, the issue of racial inequality may feel removed from the ski industry. To some, it might not feel like our problem. But that is the problem. We must change. Thank you for your patience as we worked on a plan to honor your loyalty and give you peace of mind for the future. To address last season’s unexpected resort closure, 19/20 season pass holders will get at least a 20% credit, and up to 80% based on how much you were able to use your pass, to apply toward a pass for next season. Epic Day Pass and Edge Card holders with unused days are also eligible for credits, up to 80%. To provide you with peace of mind, we are introduci...ng FREE Epic Coverage for 20/21 pass holders, which will provide refunds for certain resort closures, including events like COVID-19, as well as for eligible job loss, injury and more. To give you the time you need, we are eliminating our spring deadlines, giving you through Labor Day (Sept. 7) to use your credit and to lock in 10 Buddy Tickets. We will also continue offering the lowest up-front pass deposit of only $49 down. Throughout these unprecedented times, we remain #EpicTogether. Details: https://bddy.me/3aFdzgM

COVID-19 Update: JFBB Ski Areas and the rest of our North American resorts, will remain closed for the 2019-20 ski season, due to the fast-moving situation involving COVID-19. It was not an easy decision to make, and we deeply considered the extended impact it will have on our guests, employees and communities. While it’s disappointing for all of us, we know it is the responsible thing to do at this time. Thanks to all guests for a great ski season and your continued suppor...t during these unprecedented times. We will consider reopening our sister resorts Breckenridge, Whistler Blackcomb and Heavenly in late April/early May, dependent on the situation with COVID-19 as well as weather conditions. We will be offering refunds and credits on lift tickets, lodging, ski and ride school and more, we urge guests to use this online form (LINK). https://www.snow.com/info/refund-request-form See more

COVID-19 Update: While our resort remains open as scheduled, we are taking actions to encourage social distancing, including reducing our on-mountain dining operations to avoid crowding, and encouraging our guests to ride lifts and gondolas with their own parties only.
