Two of my three clients cancelled today and I'm 100% ok with that. Covid numbers are on the rise and I would rather everyone be safe than sorry. Gratitude to everyone who has been open about exposure or risk and cancelled accordingly; I know its rough but we will get through this. And remember that there is no penalty for canceling in 2020, even if it is at the last minute. Please rest assured that I'm taking extra precautions in the studio to sanitize with Lysol/Bleach ...as well as UV Light. Masks or face shields are still required during treatment, and I am happy to provide these if needed. For those of you who have expressed interest in the (still developing) yoga trapeze room, that should be available to the general public after the first of the year. Please PM me if you're interested in taking an online certification class, or if you already have the appropriate certifications and would like to offer arial yoga, play/movement therapy, somatic release therapy, or sound healing to your clients. I am *not* yet offering classes but anyone can access the certification coursework on the Yoga body website. As a reminder, you *must* have an appointment to visit the studio! Virtual giftcards are available for purchase online, and our 2021 service menu is in the works. Thank you all for your patience and please stay safe!

Amen! I know it’s tempting to try and talk someone out of their feelings sometimes. Perhaps you don’t want them to be hurting, or it just makes you uncomfortabl...e, but allowing the other the space to feel heard, seen, felt, and understood is healing, healthy and such a tremendous gift. I hope we can all think twice the next time we are tempted to talk someone out of what they are feeling, no matter how good our intentions may be. Today I did a bit of forearm product testing and tried out a new foot cream on a Reflexology client. If you'd like to try a new body mask & scrub combo, I'm accepting applications for test/practice subjects from *existing* clients only.
