There is a light at the end of this dark tunnel, and when we come out of it there will be people partying like its 1999. Weddings WILL be normal again, and we will all hug and dance close and shake hands. Close talkers will resume and awkward family members will linger. We’ll make it weird again :)

This picture takes my breath away. When I photographed it in the rain I thought that, and still do every time I look at it! It couldn’t have more of a Nicholas Sparks’ Notebook vibe if I tried! :)

Romantic, sultry, and on fire! I loved working with this couple! They rocked it with every pose!

I love capturing the genuine smiles on a wedding day! This bride was off to see her groom for the first time, waving goodbye to her neighbors and family (reflected in the various levels of glass) who all gathered at her childhood home to see her off for their first look on a nearby dock. They all would see her next as she came down the aisle for the ceremony a few hours later!

This reception photo has the most magical vibes, the colors really work well together.

The entire wedding reception I shot in Montreal, Canada was absolutely astounding, but the one thing that really caught my eye was this amazing mirror sweetheart table!

This shot was created with soft lighting from a window and a reflector. Simple setup that's so easy. I adore this one of her - the soft light and subtle smiling expression are the perfect combo. It has a sweetness for Valentines day written all over it!

I transformed a set that I originally put together for the holidays into a Valentines Day theme. A heart pillow, a few pink accents and a vintage pink dresser - voila! Here we go! I can’t wait to try this out on more clients and see how much fun can be had with it. Kids playing dress up, a mother daughter shoot, or a boudoir session all work in this little bedroom scene.

I hope you’ve been enjoying my recent theme of black and white out of the box Valentines sessions. I’m switching gears here to a favorite color baby pink. An adorably sweet and beautiful shot for a Valentines Day portrait. Sometimes it’s nice to have a photo for mom, dad, partner or yourself. An image he can have on his desk at work, or just for you to update your profile photo with one you feel extra gorgeous in. Remember Valentines is all about love - for everyone, including YOU.
