Some good news!!! Philadelphia has moved to the next phase in the Coronavirus protocol. We are slowly and cautiously moving forward to continue with your preventive dental care! Please be patient as we are working with limited staff and still need to continue to keep the safety of our patients and staff our top priority! Our schedule is reflecting this also as we will not be overbooking and will require minimal patients per hour in the office. We truly appreciate our patients... and your understanding through these unprecedented times! If we cancelled your cleaning during the blocked out phase, please call to reschedule! If you have an upcoming cleaning...we are busy arranging our schedule to fit our strict safety guidelines and some appointments will have to be moved along the way! Some good news!!! We will be opening limited days to treat emergency visits! Below is a chart of how to gauge if you have a true dental emergency based on COVID19 guidelines. Please call the office and leave a message, as we check these messages several times a day. We have a strict protocol for all Covid 19 guidelines for the safety of our staff and patients during these visits! We are still unable to see preventative procedures at this time. As of today, our office is closed until further notice, due to strict guidelines from the PA Dept. of health on COVID 19 and the Stay at Home enforcement. We can no longer see emergency visits as we had planned to do based on this strict protocol. Please feel free to leave a message or shoot an email to us with any emergency you may be experiencing! All other appointments will be postponed. We will keep current patients that are scheduled up to date if there will be any more changes to our schedule or hours as we will need to condense as much as possible so thank you for your understanding. Like so many of you, we have spent the last several days and weeks learning about the coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it is impacting our world. That means understanding how it affects our employees, patients, and communities, and then making the necessary adjustments to our office and staff. We have one simple objective that guides us: keeping you and our employees safe. This has been at the center of our conversations every step of the way. With that in mind, we have made se...veral moves in our office in response to the threat of the Coronavirus. We are closely following the Centers for Disease Control's (CDC) guidelines and recommendations on the steps we can take to help prevent the spread of the virus. We have shared specific instructions with our employees on the importance of washing their hands and staying home if they feel sick. Same goes for patients visiting the office.
