Now with the approval of the CDC and Department of Health, we are able to begin seeing patients for cleanings and other non-emergency care. Please be patient as we are working hard to contact those patients that had to be cancelled during our closure. We have implemented all of the new infection control recommendations above and beyond the standard to keep our patients and staff safe, so your visit may look a little different than before! If you have any dental emergencies or questions in the meantime please call the office! We are looking forward to seeing all of our patients!

The health and safety of our patients and team members is of the utmost importance. We have always complied with all CDC and OSHA directives for disease prevention and protection, and we will continue to maintain above standard protocols for sterilization and cleanliness at our office. Because we work in such proximity and in patients’ mouths, we take the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) concerns seriously. We will maintain normal hours to serve the needs of our patients through this... time of heightened awareness. We are taking proactive steps to prevent the potential spread of the virus and have implemented the following guidelines: * If you have a fever, cough, chills, sneeze, difficulty breathing, flu-like symptoms, have recently traveled to a high-risk area, or if you have been exposed to ANYONE who has the above mentioned conditions, please contact our office to reschedule: 724-733-3958 * EVERYONE who enters and exits our office will be asked to use HAND SANITIZER and/or wash their hands. You will see plenty of soap and disposable hand towels in our bathrooms as well as hand sanitizer in the operatories and waiting area. * We have always wiped down hard surfaces, and highly-touched areas in our office, but we will do this more frequently. This will include door handles, doors, counter tops, furniture, writing materials, and restroom fixtures. * We have always enjoyed providing a coffee bar and water for our patients, and we have concluded it best to stop offering this service for the time being to minimize contamination surfaces. * We have removed all the books and magazines to also minimize contamination surfaces. * We encourage you to come alone or bring only essential family members to your appointment. This includes leaving siblings of patients at home if they are not receiving care as well. * Our team members have been instructed to stay home if they have any symptoms. Thank you for understanding our concern for this situation. We strive to provide you with the best dental treatment that is safe and enjoyable.

Wishing a Happy Dental Assistant Recognition Week to our terrific assistant Debbie! It's wonderful to have such a hard-working and experienced person to take care of our office and patients! You are the cement to our crown!
Clenching or grinding are common problems that can cause a variety of complex oral health issues, such as fractured teeth and recession of the gum tissue. Often a simple nightguard can alleviate this condition and prevent further complications. https://www.colgate.com//brux/do-i-need-a-night-guard-0313
