Life gives us opportunities and this new job offer for you I understand why you couldn't refuse. I am so happy for you and your family. One of our first dry vit projects of the year. Matching an existing residence architecture with a new addition. Couldn't be happier with how it turned out.

Restoring these iconic Erie mansions back to life on West 6th St. with plaster. Both three story homes were built in the early 1900's and are twin buildings. Built in honor of a father's twin sons. Lots of before and after pictures. When finished each building will have 6 large apartments. First floor will be 13 foot ceilings throughout with restored plaster crown moldings and trims. Second floor will have 10 foot ceilings. One building down! One still to go
