Anastasio, who regularly speaks about his recovery from drug addiction, was arrested in 2006 in an area of upstate New York near Vermont. He refers to that incident and his subsequent time in drug courts as having saved his life. Sharing his experiences in chatter between tunes during The Beacon Jams raised "over $1 million" according to a representative who spoke to Vanity Fair. #SobrietySolutions #FocusingOnTheSolution https://www.vanityfair.com//phish-frontman-trey-anastasio-

Addiction support groups including Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous are exempt from New Jersey’s recently enacted 10-person limit for indoor gatherings due to the coronavirus outbreak under a clarification included in a separate executive order signed Monday night by Gov. Phil Murphy. Meetings for those groups will instead be limited 25% the room’s capacity with a maximum of 150 people. The new 10-person indoor limit took effect on Nov. 17, a reduction from the previous 25-person limit. https://www.nj.com//drug-alcohol-support-groups-exempt-fro

In the spirit of giving back for the holidays, our clients at Sobriety Solutions wrote letters to be given to someone on their first day of treatment. They shared their experience with being vulnerable in the beginning, and advice on how to get the most out of recovery. Over the next few weeks we’ll be sharing some of these letters with you all, in hope that it makes a difference in at least one persons experience. It’s never too late to start your journey. #focusingonthesolution #sobrietysolutions
