We're in the green! Now that Allegheny County has moved into the green phase, we can now provide all your dental needs, including routine care. We will have new protocols, such as taking temperatures of patients and staff, frequent disinfecting/sterilization of common areas, and requiring all who enter the building to wear a mask. We look forward to getting everyone back on track with their dental care, so give the office a call to schedule your appointment. **Update 5/12/20** As Allegheny County moves to the yellow phase, our office is able to provide more services to accommodate your dental needs.Routine cleanings, however, are not able to be performed at this time. For the safety of our patients and staff, we will be adhering to a few new protocols. When scheduling, we will ask if any symptoms of illness are present, or if they have been to any areas where there has been widespread infection. We are asking patients to limit wh...o accompanies them to their appointments, to minimize the number of people in the waiting room so that social distancing can be observed. We are requiring patients to wear a mask to their appointments. We will also take each patients' temperature prior to being seen. If the reading is over 100.4, the patient will be rescheduled. We are employing additional infection control measures to protect patients and staff as well. We appreciate everyone's patience, understanding and cooperation during this unprecedented time. **Update 04/01/2020** The office will only be seeing patients on an emergency basis until after April 30th, per state mandate. We will have a provider available for limited hours on Wednesdays starting at 1:00 PM. If you cannot wait, patients can call the PA Dept. of Health at 717-787-9857 or visit their website (https://www.health.pa.gov) to locate an approved care facility close to them for emergency care. As the situation changes, we will update. Our doctors can be reached... via the office answering service. There will be a staff member in office Monday-Friday for limited hours to answer questions or schedule future appointments.
