Recently we recognized and honored those students among us who were chosen as Peacemakers for the month of November through their modeling of the virtue of forgiveness. Forgiveness means the ability to forgive others by accepting their apologies when they say I am sorry. Students who forgive don’t hold grudges, they accept the apology of another, and then forget about an incident. A student who shows forgiveness to others models Jesus’ forgiveness to us in the sacrament of Reconciliation. Important message for our Saint Anselm community: Fr. Rossi has tested positive for COVID19 and has symptoms. Fr. Large has been tested and has no symptoms. Both priests are being quarantined per CDC guidelines. Masses will be celebrated as scheduled. We are currently bringing priests in to cover Masses and funerals. ... Office hours are limited due to office cleaning and quarantining of staff members. We will return to usual hours and schedule hopefully next week. Father Rossi and Father Large will continue to say Mass privately for all intentions especially for the health and well-being of our Saint Anselm community. Please keep them and all affected by COVID19 in your prayers. Stay safe and God bless.
